OK, nothing new about personalised 'wordy' cards but I've been doing some of my own for friends and family which have gone down rather well (and they're lots of fun!)

Phew! September has flown by, we're almost half way through October and everyone's talking about Christmas. My biggest and smallest boys are settled back into school and I've been busy with various projects so not much time for blogging but... at last, something I can share.

So excited that these woodland critters have been whisked off to the printer today!

They will make great Christmas cards as well as useful notelets and thank yous for after the festive season.

Well, my website is finally up so all cards and prints can be seen in one place. Having a bit of trouble with the font in different browsers at the moment which hopefully will get sorted in the not too distant future. But hey, it's there so onwards and upwards. You can see it here. Let me know if the text (other than the links) is displaying in a serif font or in a typewriter style font like the logo - it should be like the logo...

I feel like me again!

The Christmas holidays were great. We had much fun and relaxation but this last week was just a week too far. Despite going ice skating this week (thumbs up all round) my gorgeous boys and I have seen a little too much of each other recently. They were glad to go back to school today and I was glad to reclaim the house and get down to some blog catchin' up and drawing.

Here's a second version of the puffin I did a couple of days ago. Somehow, he felt a bit shouty with his green background. Anyone care to comment on a preference?

New illustration in honour of my youngest son's favourite bird - the Puffin. Can be spotted off the coast of Guernsey on neighbouring islands if you're lucky.
